My Lover

by Olivia H.

Out of nowhere thus arrived.
No prospect nor expected,
Broke walls I’d erected.
Such a titan manifested,
Blazed by its sight.
No fear nor consolement,
As it gazed upon me.
Digged down, with care.
Sweet surrender, be fair,
No other can compare.
Words fall flat,
Contradictions arise.
Broken, yet beautiful.
Familar, yet mysterious.
Witty, yet delirious.
So you found me,
What comes next?
A lover, or a friend.
